Withdrawal Policy

· Before peer review: authors are permitted to withdraw their manuscripts.

· During review: authors can only withdraw their manuscripts if they can provide an acceptable justification for such action.

· After acceptance: not permitted except in exceptional cases

Unethical withdrawal may result in sanctions. Withdrawal requests must be submitted in writing by the corresponding author and must include confirmation from all co-authors.
